After you complete this form, Susan will contact you to go over hotel room options. She is a travel agent with LuxRally Travel.

She will then send you the full terms and conditions of each selected hotel booking to review and agree to.

You will also need to complete a credit card authorization form so we can book the rooms on your behalf.

Bookings will then be made and confirmations will be sent to you.
